Q2: I applied for a tax-exempt account. How many days does it take to proceed?
A: Due to the high volume of applications, we will process your B2B account within 5-7 business days. Please be patient and refrain from submitting duplicate requests.
Q3: I have a tax-exempt account. Why is it still showing taxes?
A: To access the business account, please click the button in the B2B email. Once logged in, you can find a green B2B symbol in the top right corner of your page. On the checkout page, the final amount will be displayed as the pre-tax amount.
Q4: Can I get the tax refund after my order has been fulfilled?
A: Please understand that we are unable to refund taxes for previous orders if your account wasn’t tax-exempt, or if you didn’t log in with B2B account during the purchase. We can provide invoices. For a refund, kindly reach out to your local tax agency.
